I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, and after a few years of practice I decided to introduce myself more to this lifestyle. I trained as a Hatha yoga teacher, through AIPYS, aerial yoga by ANYA, instructor Mat Pilates, with the Spanish Association of Pilates, Tai-Chi and QiGongO and therapist in Traditional Thai massage, with Thai Healing Alliance.
